Lingual Nerve to Tongue Restored

My daughter Alicia had oral surgery September of 2006, at that time her lingual nerve was cut leaving her with no feeling or taste on the right side of her tongue. Four months later, January 2007 she went to Boston MA. where her surgeon reattached the nerve in hopes to restore the use of her tongue and rid her of chronic tongue and jaw pain from the severed nerve. January of 2008 a year after surgery she did receive some taste back, but developed hypersensitivity to warm fluid and hypersensitivity to certain flavors causing her pain. She was still unable to eat on that side of her mouth. Since then she has also developed jaw pain and popping of the jaw.

A dear friend of mine told me that Chris was coming to her church and invited us to a healing service. I had no idea what to think, but all I could think about was that Jesus could heal Alicia. The time came for Chris to pray over Alicia and several of the other folks also prayed with him, he touched her jaw and prayed, at first she felt nothing, then he did it again, still nothing, the third time they prayed she said she felt a tingling in the right side of her tongue a new feeling for her and she was excited, Chris said to keep receiving and give thanks for what had started as sometimes it takes some time to get complete healing. We left the church and 10 minutes into our 40 minute ride home Alicia started yelling MOM, I can feel my tongue, I can feel my tongue! Thank you Jesus for healing my daughter.

Today Alicia can feel and taste with the right side of her tongue. But most importantly she has no more tongue and jaw pain that she has lived with for the last 2 and a half years. Thank you to Chris and all the others who have prayed over Us and for opening our hearts to Jesus, GOD BLESS.
