Gods Kingdom Advances in Ecuador
I have just finished 12 days in Ecuador ministering in the cities of Riobamba and Cuenca high in beauty of the Andes mountains. Today I drove from Cuenca to Guayaquil driving over the top of the Andes at about 15,000ft which was simply spectacular. Passing through small Indian villages and seeing the primitive simple ways of living. Right now I am currently flying from Guayaquil to Panama City.
I took 30 revivalists with me, from New Zealand, Australia, USA, Sweden, Norway and Canada. I could not have taken a better team.
We started our ministry in a church in the city of Riobamba before winding our way through the Andes to the City of Cuenca. We saw a minimum of 1200 miracles and about 250 decisions as God's love was poured out with power everywhere we went. We saw many significant miracles and salvations in the streets and hospitals and even got to minister on national radio and TV.
We saw 40 visually impaired or blind people healed and no less than 40 deaf, 20 cancer tumors dissolved and the lame and paralyzed were healed. The pastor described the miracles as spectacular, never having seen anything like it in his church/city before. Here are a few highlights:
I lead a small team in the ER in Riobamba Hospital, while the rest of my team took the rest of the hospital. Everyone we ministered to received God’s love. One elderly man was in bed after he was beat up on the street and left in a sad state. He was unable to move his wrist, shoulders or legs and was riddled with pain. God showed up and each part was healed one by one. His face shone as he saw the reality of the Goodness of God, I took his hands and asked him if he could now get up out of bed. We got him up and to his delight he was pain free and danced with me in the ER. I got to minister to a few nurses as well, who were also healed.
As we were leaving the ER I could not help but see a man who had hearing aids. A prime target for God’s goodness! I introduced myself and asked if we could pray. 5 seconds later he was healed and his testimony will also be posted on our website soon. To see the delight in his eyes, is not something that you forget in a hurry, as he said 'something from heaven just came down and got me!'
Another man on the streets mocked and cursed my team as they tried to love on him and pray for him. He finally allowed them to pray while still mocking them, but he got healed! The next day the man found my team and he wanted to ask Jesus into his heart!!
I got to meet the lady from my last visit in 2008, that was healed of leukemia, just by releasing joy over her. She has walked in her healing and it was such a delight to meet her once again. She was so full of JOY! I have recorded her full video testimony and this will be on our website in the next few weeks.
On our first night in Cuenca, I was leading a ministry team training evening and was praying impartation over people. There was a man there who had suffered from a stroke that left the left side of his body paralyzed. He arrived on crutches unable to walk without them. His physical therapist had got his arm moving again, but not his left leg from the waist down.
As he was ministered to for impartation the Lord said to him to move your leg. He did, and was completely healed. The following night when he was sharing his testimony to an open meeting, a man ran up and took the microphone and said I am a Doctor and this man is my patient. I can verify his healing, I have been greatly concerned for his health, this is incredible. I then asked the man to show the people what he could not do before, expecting him to walk around the platform but he leaped off the platform from about 7 steps and took off running!
A younger boy also came on crutches who was a hemophiliac. He was unable to walk without them or put any pressure on his joints otherwise they begin to bleed and he would bleed out. He left without his crutches and walking strong without any issues. His physical therapist brought him to church, as she had heard about the miracles and was able to verify his healing.
What an incredible time we had! What an incredible God we serve. The doors continue to open in South America and plans are now underway to head to Guatemala this year to minister to national pastors.
I am home for 12 days then I head to Australia and New Zealand for ministry on the 8th March. I will be traveling to NZ with Joaquin Evans, Bethel Healing Ministries Director and Chad Dedmon. They will be ministering at a conference (On Earth as In Heaven) in Auckland. This will be an amazing time of impartation.
I will be ministering at Richmond Community Church, Nelson on the 12th March and at Life Church Hamilton on the 15th March then onto Sydney to minister at a conference at Berowra Baptist Church on the 17th and 18th. Full details on our website.
